These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online course (“Course”) provided by Protege Ventures, LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Maryland, USA (“we”, “us”, or “the Provider”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use or access the Course.

1. Course Overview
The Course is designed to help job seekers enhance their career prospects through educational content, job search strategies, skill-building resources, and professional development materials (“Course Content”). The Course may include videos, assignments, job application templates, and other learning materials.

2. Enrollment and Access
To enroll in the Course, you must complete the registration process and make payment, if applicable. Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the Course Content. Access to the Course is non-transferable and is limited to the individual who enrolled.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Enrollment in the Course requires payment of the applicable fees. All payments must be made before access to the Course is granted. Refunds may be available under certain circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment. Refunds will be made on a prorated basis and only if you have not accessed the more than 30% of the Course Content. 4. Intellectual Property
All Course Content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, presentations, templates, and exercises, is the property of Protege Ventures, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Course Content without written consent. The Course is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Use of Course Materials
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not share, copy, distribute, or sell the Course materials or use them for commercial purposes.

6. Code of Conduct
You agree to participate in the Course in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, offensive conduct, or any disruptive behavior within the Course or on any associated platforms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Course without refund.

7. Career Services and Job Placement
While the Course offers valuable resources, strategies, and tools to improve your job search, we do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. Job search success depends on numerous factors including market conditions, personal qualifications, and opportunities available.

8. No Warranty or Guarantee
The Course is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the success you may experience from completing the Course. We do not guarantee specific results, such as job placement or increased earning potential. Any success stories or testimonials shared are based on individual experiences and may not reflect your results.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protege Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Course. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of income, employment, or opportunities. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your participation in the Course.

10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice or refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in disruptive or harmful behavior. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Course materials.

11. Privacy and Data Collection
By enrolling in the Course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We may collect data related to your use of the Course, including registration details, payment information, and participation data. 12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Course after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
